Our aim is to despatch your order within 72 hours of placing and will be placed on a standard next day service with our carriers.
Christmas Deliveries
Regarding our Christmas and New Year deliveries, all orders placed on or before Sunday 20th December 2009 will be despatched and delivered before Christmas Day. Any orders after this date with be despatched Week Commencing Monday 4th January 2010.
*Please note that these dates are subject to products being in stock at time of purchase, products that are out of stock at time of purchase will take longer to be delivered.
CARRIERS POLICY - Our carrier’s policy is to: Deliver consignments as per the delivery instructions and service specified. In the event that a consignment cannot be delivered at the first attempt, 2 further attempts are made. Each time, a card is left with details about the attempted delivery and how to arrange the next delivery.
If you have not received your order after 5 working days of purchase, please Contact Us and we will investigate further and get back to you.
Receipt of goods & Damages
A signature must be obtained upon delivery of goods and any damages must be reported to us on info@homes4reptiles.com within 24 hours.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns
You have up to 14 days to request goods to be returned (from date of receipt). Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Goods returned will be collected our carriers. Homes 4 Reptiles reserves the right to charge you the cost of carriage on all items returned. This will be deducted from any refund given. Goods to be returned will be kept safe and secure until such time as they are collected. On safe return of the goods, you will receive a full refund (less any deductions) within 30 days, after the goods have been examined.
